Description
The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking to work at our facility in Muscatine, IA. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated and be willing to work in a team orientated, fast paced work environment.
This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must be available to work all shifts including second, third & weekends and holidays
- Prior manufacturing experience is preferred

Work Schedule :

- 1st shift Mon Fri, 6am 2 : 15pm
- 2nd shift Mon Fri, 2pm 10 : 15pm
- 3rd shift Mon Fri, 10pm 6 : 15am

Responsibilities & Duties :
- Must learn the safe and proper operation of equipment.
- Perform set-up, start-up and changeover procedures for the equipment as needed.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues with line performance as it relates to equipment operation.
- Responsible for conducting and documenting quality checks.
- Responsible for monitoring and communicating any process or product abnormalities to your Supervisor or Lead.
- Perform sanitation duties on production equipment as needed.
- Proper handling and usage of chemicals.
- Must have the ability to follow written instructions and manuals.
- Must handle Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
- Support Plant Quality Systems.
- Responsible to follow FSQ requirements such as GMP’s and other daily / job specific duties to support QRMP.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader
